Dream Equal Care was founded and is proudly led by a team of experienced Registered Nurses, both holding postgraduate qualifications in Mental Health Nursing and bringing extensive clinical experience across NSW Health services. With backgrounds in Mental Health Inpatient Units, Drug & Alcohol Services, and Acute Care Mental Health Teams, they created Dream Equal Care with a shared vision — to provide high-quality, compassionate, and person-centred support for individuals living with disabilities and mental health challenges.
